The BarnThe BarnSet behind the Square & Compass in it's own spacious gardens, the Barn has fast become a popular venue for all manner of occasions. Full of rustic charm with heavy wooden tables, chairs and careful lighting, it is decorated with a rural theme. The Barn can hold up to 250 people.

The informal atmosphere that gives the pub it's special charm extends to the Barn, allowing you to relax during your special occasion knowing that every detail has been planned.

The Barn's rustic appearance belies modern facilities. There is a dance area and stage with a powerful sound system and lighting set up. There is also a fully licensed bar, modern toilets and disabled access in all areas. The Barn has a civil licence for weddings, with the large gardens surrounded by fields making a truly beautiful setting.

The Barn is only 5 minutes from Junction 25 of the M5 and 5 minutes from the A303 at Ilminster. Although set in pleasant rural surroundings, the Barn is easily accessible. Full facilities are available for business meetings, exhibitions and corporate events.
